We primarily use resin-infusion technology, producing hulls that are stiffer, lighter and more fuel-efficient than traditional hand-laid GRP. With a resin-to-mat ratio of 1:1.2 and weight savings of up to 30 %, our hulls deliver top speeds over 45 knots and superior range.

To ensure flawless execution, our moulding takes place in temperature- and humidity-controlled booths. We sample gel-coat and resin before every infusion and maintain detailed quality documentation for each component we ship.

Our flagship hull was conceived in 2024 by an Australian naval architect with 35 years’ experience designing for the harshest seas. That means every wave, chop or offshore run is tamed through finely tuned shape and engineering.
